BLOOMFIELD HILLS, Mich.
---The Oakland Community College Raiders (7-1) were in control from start to finish on Saturday afternoon, handing the Bay College Norse Women's Basketball Team (5-5) a 74-38 loss on the road.

The Raiders quickly took control of the game, jumping out to an 18-5 lead to start the game.  They would never look back as they ran away with the contest.

Bay struggled offensively in the first half, shooting just 17% from the floor.  They connected on just two three-pointers out of 11 attempts.

Oakland held a very comfortable 38-18 lead at halftime.

Intermission dd little to change the narrative of the game.  Bay's offensive struggles continued to haunt them, as they would go eight of 48 from the field for the game.

Meanwhile the Raiders were good on 42% of their shots as they continued to build a lead throughout.  Oakland dominated the rebounding battle, grabbing 42 boards, 12 of them offensive, while the Norse were only able to gather in 27 rebounds.

Oakland was led by Isabel Dugal (FR, Waterford, MI) who had 19 points and 11 rebounds.  Taedom Stein (FR, St. Clair Shores, MI) added 11 points while Irelyn Schoof (FR, Waterford, MI) was credited with ten points, six rebounds, and two blocks.

Kennedy Englund (SO, Rock, MI) paced the Norse with 12 points.  Alyssa Cretton (FR, Niagara, WI) and Alaina Trudeau (FR, Gladstone, MI) each added six points.

Bay will look to snap a three-game skid on Wednesday when they host Alpena Community College.  That game is scheduled for a 5 pm tip.
